about me
My name is Tiana Podpora.
I am a Wellness Facilitator, yoga teacher, sound healer, somatic coach, artist, writer, astrologer, and Wellsphere ambassador.
This is a space where I share my knowledge, my tools, and my energy — to support people in reconnecting with their own nature.
I don’t work through only one method.
I work through many languages: movement, sound, creativity, awareness, and reflection.
Yoga, sound healing, art meditation, somatic practices, and astrology are simply different doors leading back to the same place — inner balance and self-connection.
I intend to create spaces where people can slow down, feel safe in their bodies, and remember their natural rhythm.

Music & Sound
Music has been part of my life since my studies at a music college and the Music Academy. Over the years, sound became not only an art form for me but also a powerful tool for healing and inner transformation.
Since 2020, I have been creating ambient and electronic healing music designed to support relaxation, meditation, and deep inner states. My compositions are created with the intention to gently guide the brain into theta states, which are associated with deep relaxation, creativity, meditation, and restorative sleep.
My music is available on Spotify, where listeners from around the world use it for meditation, yoga practice, sleep, and nervous system relaxation.
On my YouTube channel – Tiana Prana, I also share recordings of my sound healing sessions, combining crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and intuitive sound journeys.
For me, music is medicine.
It has the ability to harmonize the mind, calm the nervous system, and reconnect us with our inner world.
Through my music and sound practices, I hope to create a space where people can slow down, relax, and experience a deeper sense of balance and healing.

Somatic Sessions
I offer primarily online somatic sessions tailored to individual needs and personal requests.
These sessions are designed to gently explore emotional states that may manifest as stress, fear, guilt, low confidence, heartbreak, or chronic tension. Through breathwork, body awareness, and mindful emotional processing, we work to identify the root of these experiences.
Within a safe and supportive space, clients are guided to feel and acknowledge emotions without suppression, allowing natural release and regulation to occur. This process supports emotional resilience, enhances emotional intelligence, and helps shift the nervous system into calmer, meditative states — fostering reconnection rather than overwhelm.

Yoga is the core of my work.
I teach across a range of established styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Somatic, and Aqua, integrating pranayama, sound healing, and art meditation into my sessions.
My approach combines movement, breath, and mindful awareness to support nervous system balance and deepen the connection between body and mind.

Surya Namaskar
Sun Salutation is a foundational yoga sequence that links approximately twelve postures into a smooth, flowing movement.
It synchronizes breath with motion, creating a dynamic practice that energizes the body and supports overall balance.
Hatha Yoga
One of the most popular foundational practices, Hatha Yoga integrates physical postures, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation.
Its primary aim is to cultivate harmony between the body, mind, and inner awareness through conscious movement, breath, and stillness.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is the practice of asanas, each held for longer than in conventional yoga as exercise classes, often with the support of props such as folded blankets, to relax the body, reduce stress, and often to prepare for pranayama.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles.
Pranayama & Meditation
Pranayama is the practice of breath regulation. It's a main component of yoga, an exercise for physical and mental wellness. In Sanskrit, “prana” means life energy, and “yama” means control. The practice of pranayama involves breathing exercises and patterns.
Meditation
Meditation is the practice of intentionally spending time with our minds. We take time out of our busy days to sit, breathe, and try to remain focused on our breath. Doing this helps us become more aware of our thoughts, act more compassionately toward ourselves and others, and connect with the present moment.

Sound Meditation
In my sound meditation sessions, I use a range of instruments, including singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, kalimba, bells, and other therapeutic sound tools.
Sound healing is used to calm the nervous system, release mental tension, and support emotional balance. Through vibrational frequencies, it helps guide the brain into slower states such as alpha and theta waves — associated with relaxation, meditation, creativity, and deep inner awareness.
I also share guided sound-based practices through my YouTube channel, Tiana Prana.
Aqua yoga
As the name implies, aqua yoga, also referred to as water yoga, involves practicing yoga in the water. In most cases, aqua yoga is done in an indoor or outdoor swimming pool, Aqua yoga can include numerous aspects of yoga practice, such as asanas (poses), pranayama (yoga breathwork), and meditation. 
Kids Yoga
Yoga for children is a form of modern yoga designed for children. It includes poses to increase strength, flexibility, and coordination. Classes are intended to be fun and may include age-appropriate games, animal sounds, and creative names for poses.

Most of my classes are held outdoors — in parks, by the sea, or in natural surroundings — creating an environment that supports presence and connection with nature.
I specialize in beginner-friendly yoga. If you are new to the practice or feel unsure about where to start, my sessions offer clear guidance, supportive instruction, and practical adjustments to help you approach each asana with confidence and safety.
Kids Yoga
I enjoy working with children and creating engaging, age-appropriate yoga experiences.
Each class includes playful movement, warm-ups, simple asanas, pranayama, meditation, and creative activities such as art meditation. Sessions are designed to be fun and imaginative, often themed around animals, superheroes, or introductory acro yoga, helping children develop body awareness, focus, and confidence in a joyful way.
Aqua yoga
Aqua Yoga is a gentle yoga practice performed in water, where natural buoyancy supports the body and reduces pressure on joints and muscles.
This approach allows for safe, low-impact movement, making it especially beneficial for individuals with limited mobility, older adults, pregnant women, and those recovering from injuries or physical strain.
Practicing in water can improve flexibility, circulation, and relaxation while minimizing the risk of stress on the body, creating an accessible and supportive environment for mindful movement.

Art Meditation
I began combining sound healing and art in 2020, creating a gentle practice that allows anyone to paint — even without previous experience.
Through sound, music, and mindful presence, we enter a meditative theta state and create from within.
It’s not about technique.

It’s about expression, self-discovery, and reconnecting with yourself through art.

(EN) After a yoga class with Tiana, I felt the way I would like to feel after a class: light, fresh, and calm. Tiana gently leads in practice, there are no questions with too complex asanas and there is an opportunity to concentrate on breathing. I especially liked pranayama at the beginning of the practice, and how Tiana explains what's what.
And of course, yoga at the waterfall and practice with singing bowls, after which you feel like your head has rebooted. In general, Tiana is truly a wondergirl - she has some kind of magic that you trust and want to go into practice.

I have just returned home from a holiday in Crete where Tiana was teaching yoga. I decided to ‘give it a try’ unsure what to expect. From the offset, Tiana was very welcoming and friendly with an infectious smile and after the first class with her, I was totally hooked! On the first day, I tried Hatha yoga with Tiana which was exhilarating and she gave easy-to-follow instructions so you never felt out of place the first time. I returned the second day and went to three of her classes including Yin Yoga which was great for stretching out those tight muscles! But the most rewarding for me was learning new breathing techniques at Tiana’s Pranayama & Meditation class. After a few attempts at learning the new discipline, I felt during the class I was transported to a new dimension of calm and tranquility that I had not felt before. After the class, I walked away feeling totally enlightened. Tiana’s yoga classes are a fantastic experience that I would recommend to both experienced and beginners like myself to yoga. Another reason for returning each day was because of the attentiveness and compassion she would show each and every one in her class, making them feel special and ‘enough’. Thank you, Tiana!

I spent a week in Crete, practicing Yoga twice daily with Tiana. I can’t stress enough how dynamic she is, and how great her classes are. I attended every morning at 8.30 am and again at 5.30 pm each day with my daughter to round the day off. I felt like I was starting the day with energy and ending the day in calm - and I can’t thank Tiana enough for this. No two sessions were the same, although the sun salutations were consistent which gave me a chance to find my rhythm. In the past, I’ve dabbled a little bit with yoga at home but struggled to connect to the practice and find my rhythm. Tiana’s classes have really given me pause for reflection and routine. I was so sad on one of the days when we’d booked an excursion and couldn’t do morning yoga with her!! I went to Crete to relax from a busy life and that’s exactly what I gained here. I attended Tiana's classes at Nana golden beach hotel. She ran a fantastic set of classes with different yoga styles and all kinds of participants.

My mother has limited shoulder mobility due to an injury and I really appreciated how Tiana adapted positions and made the class accessible for her. My 14-year-old sister enjoyed the classes too which is very impressive as, like many teenagers, it can be impossible to get her to do anything that doesn't involve a phone. Despite accommodating the people with less experience, they were still great classes for people who do the practice.

Tiana herself is lovely and creates a wonderful atmosphere. I was doing a morning and evening class which was definitely the best way to start and finish the day!

(RU) Очень нравится формат - "йога в парке" и то как ведет Tiana, каждый раз что-то новое: асаны, дыхательные упражнения, также импонирует атмосфера и внимательность Tiana, подходит, корректирует, рассказывает в каких вариациях можно выполнить асану, т.к. у каждого свои особенности тела и его тренированность. До этого занимался дома - 5 тибетцев и другие базовые асаны, но дома - это совсем другое, поэтому если вы живете где-то рядом, лучше один раз попробовать, пока еще тепло, и не важно сколько вам лет или знаете ли вы что-то о йоге - важно, то что это может изменить вашу жизнь в лучшую сторону.
Спасибо Tiana, надеюсь осень будет теплая и я смогу дальше приезжать на вело на занятия, а они и дальше будут "Бимба"
